To do so, you must have a digital profile.

If you're not yet a METRO user, learn more at https://www.metro.rs/info/kako-postati-kupac
Once you have a digital identity, download the METRO app here https://www.metro.rs/usluge-pogodnosti/Mobilna-aplikacija and you'll get your digital card
The name on the card must match the name in the digital identity.
